The article highlights the InSideOut Initiative in which coaches and advisors focus on character development with student participants as well as skill development for a particular sport or activity.
In an email to coaches and advisors, Dr. Troy Urdahl, Director of Athletics, Activities, and Facilities for St. Anthony-New Brighton School District shared, "This article highlights all of the great things you have done at St. Anthony as coaches and advisors. We have worked closely together as a team for a number of years dreaming about what we can accomplish through educational athletics and activities. We have spent a lot of time developing our purpose statements and how to provide transformational experiences for our participants. I hope the message of this article can serve as a great motivator for all of us to do more this year to make the 2017-2018 school year the best one yet! Dream, talk, do!"
